These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of AI Cleaner (the “App”) and any related services we provide (collectively, the “Service”). The Service is operated by the AI Cleaner Team (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Additional terms, policies, or guidelines may be posted within the Service from time to time (for example, in checkout flows or feature-specific notices). Those supplemental terms are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We may update these Terms occasionally, and your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms. You are responsible for reviewing the current version.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by Apple’s App Store terms.

The App and Service (including all software, designs, text, graphics, and trademarks) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable laws. Except for the license granted above, we reserve all rights.

5. Subscriptions, Trials, and Purchases

Some features may require a paid subscription (“Pro”) or a one-time purchase. Purchases are processed by Apple via In‑App Purchase and are subject to Apple’s terms. Prices, and available plans may vary by region and are shown on the App Store purchase screen before you confirm.

A. Trials

We may (but are not required to) offer a free trial or a discounted trial for eligible users. Trial eligibility may be limited (for example, to new users) and may not be available to former subscribers. If you start a trial, your paid subscription will begin when the trial ends (or immediately upon confirmation of purchase if no trial is offered).

Automatic billing: Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, you will be charged the subscription price shown on the App Store purchase screen for the selected subscription period. We do not guarantee that we will provide a reminder before a trial ends. You are responsible for managing your trial and subscription settings.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each subscription period (for example, weekly, monthly, or annually) until you cancel.

E. Price Changes

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we may change subscription fees. Where required, Apple and/or we will provide notice of price changes through the App Store and/or within the App. If you do not agree to a price change, you must cancel before the change takes effect.

F. Refunds

All billing and refunds are handled by Apple. We cannot process refunds for App Store purchases. If you believe you are eligible for a refund, you must request it directly from Apple and it will be subject to Apple’s policies. G. Payment Issues

If Apple is unable to charge your payment method, your subscription may be paused, downgraded, or canceled according to Apple’s rules. We are not responsible for any loss of access that results from failed payment processing by Apple.

6. Feedback, Reviews, and Submissions

If you submit feedback, suggestions, ratings, reviews, or other content about the Service (“Feedback”), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display that Feedback for purposes such as improving the Service, customer support, and marketing.

If your Feedback is publicly posted (for example, in the App Store), we may display it with the public profile information associated with it (such as your display name), unless you request otherwise in writing.

You represent that your Feedback does not violate any third-party rights and is not unlawful, defamatory, or abusive. We may remove or decline to use Feedback at our discretion.

We may update the App or change the Service (including adding, modifying, or removing features) at any time. We may also suspend or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part.

You may stop using the Service at any time and uninstall the App. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use creates risk or legal exposure for us or others.
